Garage Face Lift

We have an interesting garage/apartment/in-law quarters that was in dire need of new garage doors. Our friends, Nate & Becky, had a carriage style door put on when they remodeled and we just loved it. So Michael found a style to fit our needs.


Some trim work had to be done before the install.


This is the door in the back of the garage (where I park). The one in the front looked like this, but the wood inside was painted black so it wasn't as noticeable.


Yay!! It looks so much better! This is the front door.


This one is more plain, but it is in the back so who cares.


Ahh. One job done, 1 million more to go!


Our babies love it too.

Down on the Farm

Mom sent me these pictures of a hayride they had last week for the 6th graders from their church.


That wagon was an adventure transporting it from St. Louis to Arkansas!! When Mom told me they were going to hook it up to the John Deer, I was thinking a riding lawn mower. I chuckled at myself when I saw David on this huge tractor!!



Oh to be in 6th grade again...


Then again, maybe not.

Carolyn's Kids

Carolyn sent me these super cute pics of her kids over the summer. They are so cute I had to share them! Not sure why some are itty bitty and some are huge, I was trying to download them from Shutterfly, and that's what I ended up with!

Short Lake Trip

Michael and I went to meet Shelley (his twin sister), and her family at the lake for a fun day on their new boat. Unfortunately, I only took two pictures, not sure why. So, since I'm running low on things to post about, here are those two pics... Hope you don't mind Shelley, but you look so cute on the tube!!
