Fun on the 4th

At the last minute I decided to take a trip to visit my family over the 4th of July. Michael couldn't go with me because he had volunteered for the local police department. Needless to say, I had a wonderful time and only wish we all lived closer to each other!








Like Father, like Son... I didn't know anyone who liked fireworks more than my brother, Kelley, until Kameron came along!!




I couldn't believe how brave he was lighting bottle rockets. He is only 6 years old! We did have to remind him to "watch your punk" several times!


Shelby wasn't quite as fond of them. This is how we saw her the rest of the night, with both hands over her ears!


Kameron gave us quite the sparkler show!



On Saturday, I was able to see my best friend Julie (we met way back in first grade) and her little boy for a few hours. Aaron has grown so much and is so cute!!






These are his "cool guy" glasses. Such a ham!!
